@prologic right. It has the neat visual appeal (without going too much overboard), that could make a remake of Yarn UI better looking. For what I can see it is most feature rich, but haven't compared them both in excruciating details to be absolutely sure.
That is not to say that Picnic CSS is bad, nor that I don't like it. In a level of being decently simple, they both are. Bulma just comes across as more polished, that's all.

@prologic Both are very nice in my opinion. I don't think you could make a mistake with either, at least when it comes to looks.
